UFC on FX 4 bonuses and attendance

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. --Cub Swanson, Dan Miller, Sam Stout and Spencer Fisher each took home $50,000 bonuses for their performances at UFC on FX 4, UFC President Dana White announced during Friday night's post-fight press conference, which was attended by MMA DieHards.

UFC Director of Communications Dave Sholler also announced a sold-out crowd of 4,652 for the UFC's first event at Revel Resort and Casino and the promotion's first event in Atlantic City since UFC 53 at Boardwalk Hall. A live gate figure was not available, according to White.

Swanson earned the "Knockout of the Night" bonus for his second-round TKO victory over Ross Pearson in a featherweight division fight. Swanson rocked Pearson with a sharp left while backing up before finishing with ground strikes to earn his second straight victory by stoppage. It is Swanson's fourth performance bonus under the Zuffa banner and first in the Octagon after claiming three "Fight of the Night" checks while competing in the WEC.

The Whippany, NJ native Miller latched onto Ricardo Funch in the third round and finished with a guillotine choke to earn "Submission of the Night". It is the first performance bonus for Miller (14-6, 1 NC) and it came in his debut at 170 pounds. Miller also snapped a two-fight losing streak with the submission victory.

Stout took a clean sweep from Fisher in the third and final fight of their career-defining trilogy, 30-27 on each scorecard, as the pair took home "Fight of the Night" bonuses. A back-and-forth battle, Stout took control with improved wrestling skills that produced three takedowns. The bonus is the fifth for Stout and fourth "Fight of the Night" award. Those five bonus checks have come in his last seven fights. The FON bonus is the first of such for Fisher and his second overall.
