A lightweight bout between Danny Castillo and Michael Johnson is headed to UFC 151 in Las Vegas, as UFC officials announced the bout on Wednesday night.
After losing two of his first three fights in the Octagon, Johnson has impressed in his last two bouts, surprising fans with decision wins over Shane Roller and Ultimate Fighter winner Tony Ferguson.
Castillo has been on a hot streak in the UFC as well, winning three straight fights and four of five appearances in the Octagon. In his most recent bout, he defeated John Cholish by decision.
UFC 151 takes place on Sept. 1 in Las Vegas, headlined by a Light Heavyweight Championship bout between Jon Jones and Dan Henderson.
