John Alessio vs. Shane Roller booked for UFC 148 in July

A lightweight matchup between longtime vet John Alessio UFC and Team Takedown's Shane Roller has been booked for July's UFC 148 event.

UFC officials today announced the new matchup.

UFC 148 takes place July 7 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view, and FX and Facebook are expected to carry the prelims.
